I’ve been working on a heighchart thingy (since every homestuck fan who’s an artist needs to do one of those) and I got curious and stuck Karkat next to the highbloods….
Scrapped AskCoach. I started this immediately after the first one and have been very slowly noodling with it, but there was an AskIRLZoey the other day that used a similar joke yesterday, and I don’t wanna look like I’m copying her soooo… SCRAPPED.
I need to… not spend so much time on these anyway. I’m going to try a different approach and maybe just do more refined asks for special occasions. (I should be spending my comic energy on Death Haven, not some ask blog that was supposed to be fun but it turning into work already because I’m trying to do too many large projects at once)
I’m not going to say what the question was because I’m still going to use it, I just gotta find a new joke to use. HEY and I just came up with one :D SCORE.
Some thumbnails for possible future pictures I’ll do. I used to just do concept practice a lot more, but I haven’t in months now. I’M A LITTLE RUSTY BUUUT… I still like these a lot. (The one with the car is for Plants Vs. Zombies, and the fourth one was just something random that I’ll either turn into Prototype or Saints Row. Or keep it something random and make it just original art.)
Whoops, I thumbnailed Godot’s hair like Nick’s.
This has been a queue’d post brought to you by the letter infinity.
I’m wising up and working on a buffer for my comic since I’m tired of looking like nothing’s getting done when I hit periods of… not wanting to work on it, haha :D This will either work really well or I’ll get too excited as pages are getting finished and continue to post pages as I’m getting them done. My vote’s on the later.
Keep in mind, some of these preview panels I drew… wow, a year ago. Also, some of the stuff with very little undersketch, that’s probably about all it’ll get, unless I’m having troubles with the drawing. This is uh… not something you should do unless you’ve either A) gotten training on how to do it, or B) have just been drawing long enough that it comes naturally to you. Some people never do this (which is probably a good thing, haha), I’m just a really impatient person, so I had to learn these methods and abuse the crap out of them otherwise I’d never get anything done, haha.
